This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Evesham for a Senior Sales Negotiator. The role involves managing property sales, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, dependent upon candidate experience – completing property valuations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Senior Sales Negotiator will also collaborate closely with clients and team members to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
Qualifications- Proven experience and expertise in Estate Agents and or Lettings practices
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Strong Sales capabilities with a results‑driven approach and experience meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of the local Evesham property market is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in organizational and negotiation skills
- A UK driving licence is preferred
- Proficiency in property management or relevant industry‑related tools is a bonus
