Software Developer (.NET

Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in software development
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs
• Solid SQL Server (MSSQL) experience, including writing efficient queries
• A keen eye for detail and a logical approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Confidence working with third‑party documentation and system integrations

• Design and implement software solutions in line with best practices
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and SQL Server
• Participate in analysis, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Take part in code reviews and contribute to high coding standards
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements

We are a growing UK-based digital retailer with an in-house technology team focused on high‑traffic, customer‑facing systems and the ongoing development and optimisation of our core platforms. The role is based in Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11), with a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, a 37.5‑hour working week, and hybrid working of up to 2 days from home after probation.
