As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you will work as part of a two-person delivery team, delivering and professionally installing premium furniture in customers' homes throughout the UK using our Luton vehicles. This is a physically demanding role involving regular heavy lifting, but it also offers variety, customer interaction and the satisfaction of delivering an exceptional service experience. You will often be the final point of contact with our customers, so professionalism, attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential.

When not on delivery duties, you will assist within our warehouse operations, helping to ensure products are received, stored and dispatched efficiently.

• Deliver and install furniture safely and professionally in customers' homes
• Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery
• Work effectively as part of a two-person delivery team
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of safety and service
• Maintain product knowledge to support furniture assembly and installation
• Receive and process stock using our warehouse management system
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders
• Unload containers and store stock correctly within the warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Comfortable undertaking heavy lifting and physical work
• Positive attitude and strong team ethic
• Previous furniture delivery, removals or multi-drop experience would be advantageous
• Forklift experience is desirable but not essential

• Start time: 7:00am
• Finish time:
  When daily deliveries are completed
• Typical finish time is around 5:30pm, although traffic and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require later finishes
• Applicants should be comfortable with the flexibility required in a delivery environment.
