Salary: $4,243 per month (SR-16, Step
D)
- Serve in a trainee capacity receiving training in housing operations such as financial management, maintenance engineering, general housekeeping, and administrative services.
- Perform simple assignments in one or more functional areas of housing management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Legal Authorization to Work: U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university. - Substitutions allowed as described in the complete Minimum Qualification Requirements.
