About the OpportunityLocation:
Honolulu, HI
Salary: $20‑$27 per hour based on experience.
Schedule:
Flexible. Part‑time with potential for full‑time growth.

- Conduct scheduled sessions with children with autism, delivering services in homes, centers, or community settings.
- Follow individualized treatment plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP) created by the Clinical Director and team.
- Substitute sessions for other clients as needed, primarily on Saturdays and within employee availability.
- Travel to center, client homes, and community locations.
- Document completed sessions daily with thorough notes, including treatment session notes, target data, and behavior data.
- Communicate schedule changes and cancellations promptly to the clinical team.
- Participate in staff meetings, in‑services, trainings, and other meetings as requested.
- Keep current with new research and trends in special‑education and related fields.
- Additional duties as assigned by regional leadership.

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Enjoy working with children and making a difference.
- Flexible availability:
Monday‑Thursday 3‑8 pm and Saturdays. - Completion of new hire training (online and in‑person).
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – California mandated).
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience working with ethnically, linguistically, culturally and economically diverse populations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good judgment and decision‑making, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Basic computer/word processing skills.
- Constant visual stimulation (close vision, distance vision, reading, computer work).
- Constant sitting; frequent up and down from chair.
- Constant use of telephone, speaking, listening.
- Constant document handling, copier and fax use, filing.
- Frequent typing, computer use.
- Occasional walking around building.
- Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, pulling.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, moving items up to 20 lb.
- Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting, using upper and lower limbs to drive car.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading of toys and materials in home visits (10 %).
