Compensation: $16.00 / hour

The Art and Art Education Department seeks a Student Worker to support the department Chair and Program Assistant. This role helps ensure office duties and the workflow of the Chair and Program Assistant.

• Assisting the Department Chair and Program Assistant
• Organizing paperwork and documents
• Utilizing computers, printers, scanners, and Google Workspace

• Google Workspace, such as Docs, Drive (such as folders and drives), Sheets, and Slides
• Organizational skills
• Communication and attention to detail

• Organization, such as proper labeling of files
• Responsible with time management and communication
• Utilizes Google Workspace and printers, scanners, and copiers.

• Familiar with Word Press or open to receiving training with it.
