Phoenix Behavioral Health is a comprehensive Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment provider located in Ewing, NJ. This full‑time on‑site Clinical Director will lead clinical operations, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of care.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily clinical workflows, ensuring evidence‑based treatment programs are implemented.
- Monitor client progress, provide clinical supervision, and mentor a multidisciplinary staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent state licensure.
- Strong clinical background in Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment.
- Leadership experience managing, mentoring, and motivating a multidisciplinary staff.
- Proficiency in compliance management, policy implementation, and regulatory adherence.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to person‑centered care.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and private insurance processes is a plus.
