Flagstar Rehab is seeking Physical Therapists (PT) for Skilled Nursing Facilities! Hourly Pay Rate:

• W2: $48
• 1099: $61

Physical Therapist Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Current NJ PT License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow under your supervision.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
