Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to support and maintain two critical enterprise platforms:
Hyland OnBase and Quadient Inspire. This role serves as the primary technical support resource for these applications and acts as a liaison between business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and IT partners. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a solid understanding of the infrastructure components that support business-critical systems. This individual will help ensure application availability, performance, security, and stability while participating in upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing operational support.

This role requires someone who can effectively investigate issues, determine whether root causes originate within the application or supporting infrastructure, and engage the appropriate technical teams for resolution.

You’ll be responsible for:2 Applications:
Onbase & Inspire Enterprise application administration and support

Database administration, SQL, and query development

Windows Server administration and infrastructure support

Cloud technologies, particularly AWS and/or Azure Authentication and identity management (SSO, Entra , Active Directory, etc.)Application integrations and middleware technologies

Production support, troubleshooting, and incident management

Working directly with stakeholders (Internal NJM)
Technical documentation and process improvement

• minimum 3 years of application support and/or system administrator experience
• database experience
• aptitude and mindset to learn and grow
• OnBase experience
• Inspire experience
• ECM/ERP platform management experience
