** What You'll Be Doing
*** Helping around the aggregates plant with cleaning up, greasing and light maintenance tasks.
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Support the team in various tasks to maintain efficient operations.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Competency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Adaptability to changing work conditions and tasks.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $22.50 to $22.50 per hour
