Job Summary:

Digital Dog Direct is currently searching for a Quality Assurance Associate with experience in the print & mail industry. In this role, the incumbent will perform duties as defined in the description below in support of delivering quality services to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Read and interpret job instructions and compliance requirements

Perform physical inspection of product

Review of customer proof and seeds

Assist production team when necessary

Follow quality assurance guidelines and safety protocol

Manage non-conformance and corrective action

Train other associates on quality assurance procedures

Pay close attention to detail

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

One (1) year quality control experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

Skills:

Read and interpret documents such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, and procedure manuals.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Knowledge of USPS postal regulations.

Capable of interpreting barcodes for quality control purposes

Ability to work smart in a fast-paced environment

Teamwork, ability to work with others

Can work independently and self-motivated
