• Greet each customer they encounter with a smile and a word of welcome or departure.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
• Serve customers according to all company procedures and standards.

• Part-time employees (30 hours a week or less)
  • Wage rate - $15.49 to $18.00
  • NJ Sick Leave - You accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.
  • Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.
• Full-time employees (32 hours a week or more)
  • Wage rate - $15.49 to $19.00
  • NJ Sick Leave - You accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.
  • Eligible for medical, dental and health insurance.
  • Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.
