Job Overview:

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to showcase organization, time‑management and retailer relationship skills while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.

• Your starting pay will be $16.55 to $16.65 depending on your skills and experience.
• This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 7–11 per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

• Use Hallmark’s mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Manage day‑to‑day engagement, ensuring professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers.
• Provide holiday support during peak demand periods and be available for work on holidays such as Valentine’s, Mother’s, and Father’s, as well as weekends when needed.
• Participate in department resets, installations, or fixture relocations, notified two weeks in advance, which may involve evenings or weekend work.
• Support fellow team members as needed in the field organization.

This is a physically demanding role requiring a high level of energy and urgency. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 30 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You will be required to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day and may need to climb stairs or step ladders.

• Minimum age 18.
• Basic reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Can operate a digital handheld device to open, read, and interpret documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
