$15.50 /hr – $17.50 /hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Share best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service traits.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items for sale to customers, including trade‑up or companion items.
• Process sales, voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges; collect cash and distribute change.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and take inventory; maintain records.
• Check in and price merchandise as required.
• Implement company asset‑protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise; complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement per policy; rotate consumable items using the first‑in, first‑out method.
• Maintain working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and promotion of photo products.
• Assume web‑pick‑up responsibilities: monitor orders, pick items, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at store.
• Assist with interior and exterior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Approximately six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior experience with Walgreens.
• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
