Commission‑driven, earnings tied directly to individual sales performance. No guaranteed income level.

• Generate new memberships through outbound and inbound phone calls.
• Schedule and conduct in‑person or virtual sales appointments.
• Conduct professional, confident, and persuasive sales presentations.
• Follow up consistently with leads through phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Overcome objections and close sales while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Accurately log all activity in URGE FITNESS CRM and sales software.

• Operate in a quota‑driven environment with clearly defined monthly sales goals.
• Thrive under performance pressure and take ownership of results.
• Accept coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to improve results.

• Prior sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, phone sales, or commission‑based roles are a plus).
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Competitive, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain focused.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM and scheduling software.

Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Sales schedules may vary based on business needs, lead flow, and appointment availability.

• Ability to move throughout the facility during tours and appointments.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy fitness environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and engage with prospects for extended periods.

This position is extremely commission‑driven. Income is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the consultant’s ability to sell memberships consistently. Candidates who do not perform at required levels may not earn a sustainable income and may be separated from the position.
