Now is the perfect time to grow your career by joining our expanding Field Operations team! As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier service to our customers by providing expert preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades. This position requires
Monday–Friday overnight travel within a designated service radius of approximately 150–250 miles , ensuring the security and functionality of our systems nationwide.

Approximate Year-End Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year , based on an hourly wage . Actual compensation is determined by experience, skill, travel requirements, and geographical location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites, following established standard operating procedures to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Assist the AMAROK Install Department with site planning, jurisdictional compliance, inspections, and system commissioning after construction is completed.
  • Organize and prioritize daily service calls and route, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of maintenance and repair work.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service, training, and support.
  • Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive safely while following all local, state, and federal traffic laws to reach service locations efficiently.
  • Monitor daily inventory levels, accurately complete service reports, and submit documentation within required deadlines.
  • Track and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies.
