Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Technician

The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Technician performs the necessary duties for machine maintenance and troubleshooting systems. Program, install, repair, and maintain equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Duties

• Install fixtures, motors, and other electrical equipment, as necessary.
• Troubleshoot machine controls, motors, equipment, and associated wiring.
• Repair lighting and power circuitry, and associated equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Inventory and order electrical material for shop stock.
• Order proper materials for job completion.
• Tag out and lockout procedures.
• Complete required records for work performed.
• Perform planned maintenance inspections, as required.
• Maintain equipment to ensure maximum reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment failures, repair all plant equipment, as necessary.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and procedures followed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
• Proficient in wiring 480
  
  VAC cabinets, mechanical, electrical, electronics, and low voltage systems.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools

This position requires five plus years of hands-on industrial maintenance manufacturing experience. Associates degree, Certified Technical Trade School, and/or work experience.

US citizenship, green card, perm resident, is required.

A generous salary $28.00 - $32.00 hourly and benefits package will be provided. Bonus, profit sharing, PTO and medical benefits.
