As a Biomedical Services Specialist at DaVita, you’ll be trained to repair and regularly service our Dialysis Machines. You’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority.

This position will mainly cover our Excelsior Springs, MO clinic (on‑call pay, mileage reimbursement, and additional travel pay if you work outside your designated area). DaVita has an open position for a Biomedical Services Specialist who keeps our life‑giving dialysis treatments “up and running” every day in our clinics! • Repair and maintain dialysis machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibrations.
• Document service activities and report issues promptly.
• Participate in on‑call rotations to support clinic operations as needed.
• Communicate openly, honestly, and frequently with teammates.

• High School Diploma (GED) – Accredited HSD or GED required at time of onboarding.
• A valid driver’s license – Must be able to drive between clinics; valid insurance and acceptable driving record required.
• Close proximity – Reside fairly close to the clinic to provide adequate response coverage.
• Mechanical abilities, repair experience, strong electronics knowledge & diagnostics preferred; we will train and certify the right candidate.
• Tech savvy with strong computer skills (MS Office, internet navigation); use of DaVita‑specific applications will be trained.
• Availability for on‑call rotations when needed.

Benefits will begin to accrue on the first day of the month following one month of continuous employment.
