Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types

Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus

Must be willing to work B-Shift, Tuesday to Friday from 5PM to 5AM – 4–12-hour shifts

We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is directly responsible for ensuring all machinery, tools, and equipment critical to daily production run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll provide day-to-day leadership to the maintenance team while promoting a safe, high-performing workplace.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide a team of Maintenance Technicians and Upgraders.
  • Assign daily maintenance tasks and track progress through preventative maintenance systems.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address maintenance needs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Support Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering teams in the design, upkeep, and improvement of fixtures, gages, and other production-related tools.
  • Contribute to OSHA compliance, maintain records, and ensure environmental regulations are met.
  • Assist in the design and fabrication of equipment, tools, and assemblies, including AutoCAD use for tolerance stacking and hardware layout.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections; support follow-up with corrective action plans.
  • Foster a culture of safety by identifying and mitigating hazards, enforcing safety protocols, and investigating incidents promptly.
  • Deliver effective training to new team members and continuously evaluate employee safety performance through regular coaching and formal appraisals.
