As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents. Our mission is to enhance the lives of everyone we touch, and we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team.

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care services, including toileting, transferring, and ambulating
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Assist with meals and snacks, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull residents as needed
