We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down engines (but if you can, that’s a plus) – a background in automotive parts is preferred. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full/part-time, or explore other career paths with us.

• Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service and interactions
• Engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

• Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and service questions
• Have experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering with cars and trucks
• Willing to learn about automotive parts if you lack experience
• Interested in growing your career in a team environment

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good listening skills and empathy for customers

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Customer-centric attitude
• ASE Certifications (a plus)
