Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care across all ages
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care and wellness counseling
• Document accurately in EMR
• Engage in quality improvement and team initiatives

Qualifications

• Active California license
  
  
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
• Outpatient/community health experience preferred
• Passion for working with underserved populations
