What you’ll be doing- Taking a proactive approach to discovering our customer needs and listening to understand their requests.
- Educating customers by providing relevant insights and expert advice.
- Building comprehensive financial plans through a holistic approach to help clients achieve their goals.
- Nurturing strong, long‑standing relationships.
- Developing, retaining, and growing branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
- The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellence in customer service.
- The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment aligned with customer goals.
- Ability to uncover and solve for customers’ needs.
- Mutual Funds licence and working toward the CIFP Diploma.
