Accountant III

Overview

The Accountant III prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts, and prepares monthly financial reports. They are responsible for maintaining the reporting standards in the organization, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Must be onsite at our Exeter location.

• Maintain accurate documentation for financial transactions following established accounting practices
• Responsible for posting to, and maintaining, various ledgers, registers, journals and logs, including the general ledger, analysis of expense accounts as well as balance sheet accounts, following established accounting practices
• Complete month-end accruals, adjustments, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain one or a combination of accounting/ERP systems
• Assist with monthly financial reporting
• Assist with the year-end audit

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Accounting.
• OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
• OR (3) years of experience may be considered with a Masters Degree.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• This position requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain a U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
• Pay Range: $76,500 - $95,600 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
