• Mission‑critical work: you’ll be fine‑tuning components used in cutting‑edge military and aerospace systems.
• Learn high‑value skills: develop hands‑on experience in mechanical alignment, dimensional inspection, and part finishing—all while being mentored by seasoned technicians.
• Be part of the bigger picture: your work directly supports land vehicles, aircraft, and space systems that defend and explore our world.

• Perform benching operations on aluminum parts after the brazing process.
• Use hand tools and precision measurement instruments to align parts to required dimensions.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.

• A strong eye for detail and a steady hand for precision work.
• Interest in aerospace, defense, or mechanical processes.
• Ability to read or willingness to learn how to interpret mechanical drawings.
• Dependability and a desire to grow in a skilled trade.
• This is a second shift position.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related area of responsibility.

• This position requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition of this job offer, you must be able to obtain a U.S. Government export licence(s) as required by law.
• Pay range: $18.00 – $23.00 hourly plus 10% shift differential. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
