Provide lab services in a Physician office setting.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Perform blood draws and finger sticks on patients using standard phlebotomy procedures.
• Inform the Laboratory Manager of any problems that may affect patient results reporting. Follow corrective action processes if errors occur with manual entry of PT/INR results.
• Maintain a system for all send-out tests to the reference laboratory. Update LabDAQ/Next Gen for all esoteric send-outs.
• Enter all patient and billing information into the laboratory information system.
• Maintain organized documentation of laboratory test results and logs for all Core physicians.
• Maintain documentation, water tests, and schedule fire drills for station licensing.
• Oversee inventory of phlebotomy supplies.
• Provide coverage at all Core collecting stations and travel between sites as needed.
