Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $21.50/hr

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and other pharmacy department duties in accordance with company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. If PTCB certified, assist and coach pharmacy technicians and cashiers in pharmacy system operations and cash register operations.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow, report prescription errors, and adhere to company policies and the Quality Improvement Program.
• Maintain accurate cash register activities, assist with inventory management, and support clinical services as required.
• Assist with training, maintain PTCB certification, and complete continuing education.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Preferred: six months experience in a retail environment, prior work experience with Walgreens, good math and computer skills, knowledge of store inventory control, and PTCB certification.
