Job Description

The Exeter Inn is seeking detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Attendants to join our team of hospitality professionals. Attend to our facility with integrity and attention to detail, creating a clean and orderly environment for our guests.

Full-time and part-time positions available, 8am – 3pm. Scheduling ability and flexibility to include weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak service days/periods. Weekly pay.

• Report to supervisor for daily tasks and assignments, including cleaning guest rooms, common areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring laundry is properly cleaned and stored.
• Communicate with housekeeping supervisor upon completion of duties to ensure results are in accordance with department standards and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas daily.
• Keep cart inventory and storage areas stocked and organized.
• Demonstrate teamwork and positive attitude.
• Address guests using the S.E.A.C. method with a smile, eye contact, greeting, and polite close.
• Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures.
