Job Description

The Exeter Inn is seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance/Houseperson to join our team! This full‑time position (35 hrs/week) pays $18/hr and covers Wed‑Sun 2pm–9pm with flexibility for events and holidays.

This role reports primarily to the Maintenance Manager and also supports the F&B and Rooms departments.

• Banquet set‑up and breakdown
• Attendant for lobby, bathrooms, and public areas
• Laundry handling
• In‑room maintenance tasks
• Snow & leaf removal / seasonal landscaping

• Landscaping experience
• Punctuality
• Proven reliability
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs
• Ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hrs

• Hotel experience
• Housekeeping experience
• Maintenance/engineering experience
