Position Overview

This role supports estate planning and probate attorneys and involves meaningful client interaction, document preparation, and hands-on case management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a professional office setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys with estate planning and probate matters from intake through completion
  • Prepare and review estate planning documents, probate pleadings, correspondence, and court filings
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars to ensure timely progression of matters
  • Communicate directly with clients, courts, financial institutions, and other professionals
  • Coordinate execution of estate planning documents and probate-related filings
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with ongoing case management
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an estate planning or probate paralegal strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of estate planning documents and probate procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal practice management software is a plus
