CNC Operator
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus | 20% Shift Differential
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for a skilled CNC professional with strong programming, machine setup, and precision machining experience who takes pride in producing high-quality components.
The CNC Operator IV will set up and operate CNC equipment, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot production issues, and help improve manufacturing efficiency. The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge of CNC equipment, Mastercam software, AutoCAD, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC equipment to manufacture precision machine components.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and design fixtures to support the creation and modification of CNC programs.
- Set up equipment and run the first part following machine setup to verify accuracy and production readiness.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance to support reliable machine operation.
- Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure parts meet established specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect finished machine parts and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and required quality documentation.
- Identify production inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and assist with process improvements.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining, setup, operation, or a related area of responsibility.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Advanced knowledge of CNC equipment and machining processes.
- Experience with Mastercam software and CNC programming.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and applied mathematics.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues while following safety requirements.

Export Compliance Requirement
