** We’re seeking a
** Registered Nurse
** to join our Community-Based Services Program!

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team environment alongside a dedicated nursing team and strong internal network. In this role, you’ll work within our Residential Home in Exeter, NH, while also providing care to individuals in foster-care settings throughout the Seacoast. As the residential nurse for this program, you’ll have the chance to build meaningful relationships with team members and make a lasting impact on the lives of those you serve.

You will oversee nursing care and health-related activities for Individuals, ensuring compliance with state regulations and Easterseals’ policies. Responsibilities include supporting staff and Individuals with medical needs, assist in training needs and health care coordination.

* Qualifications:

*** Registered Nurse, ADN or BSN
* Two (2) years of nursing experience
* Certification as a Nurse Trainer or the ability to obtain certification (paid training)
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
*
* Hours:

** Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Flexible schedule and paid travel.
** Compensation:** $72,800 annually We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time, eligible employees, including:

* PTO begins accruing on your first day!
* Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
* 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%
* Tuition reimbursement after one year of employment
* Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment
