We’re seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Community-Based Services Program! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team environment alongside a dedicated nursing team and strong internal network. In this role, you’ll work within our Residential Home in Exeter, NH, while also providing care to individuals in foster‑care settings throughout the Seacoast. As the residential nurse for this program, you’ll have the chance to build meaningful relationships with team members and make a lasting impact on the lives of those you serve.

You will oversee nursing care and health‑related activities for individuals, ensuring compliance with state regulations and Easterseals’ policies. Responsibilities include supporting staff and individuals with medical needs, assisting in training needs and health care coordination.

• Nurse, ADN or BSN
• Two (2) years of nursing experience
• Certification as a Nurse Trainer or the ability to obtain certification (paid training)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. Flexible schedule and paid travel.

$72,800 annually

• Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
