• Lead team of quality staff (technicians and inspectors) aligned to product lines within business units to support all quality issues for that line.
• Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc. while creating and maintaining company-wide product quality standards based on customer requirements.
• Identify manufacturing‑related quality issues, implement quality improvement projects and participate in quality activities while working with other departments to improve product quality and reduce cost.
• Assist with development and implementation of quality audits.
• Provide quality engineering insight and guidance on product development, product improvement and process improvement projects.
• Monitor, control, and improve supplier quality performance related to assigned business unit.
• Responsible for reporting key process indicators (metrics) and developing corrective actions as needed.
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing and design engineering teams.
• Collect feedback from process stakeholders to bring continuous improvement.

• Minimum five (5) years of applicable experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. You must be able to obtain a U.S. Government export license(s) as required by law.
• Pay Range: $76,517 - $95,647 annually.
