Commercial Lines Account Manager
The Jonus Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our established agency. The role requires a deep understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage and familiarity with both admitted and non‑admitted carriers. The successful candidate will manage a large, established book of business and provide coverage review, endorsements, and policy support.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Manage a large, established book of business.
- Build and maintain client relationships in a client‑facing role.
- Handle new and renewal business, including coverage reviews and endorsements.
- Review insurance contracts for accuracy.
- Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
- Work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
- Ensure retention of all accounts assigned.
- Apply problem‑solving techniques to cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.
- Demonstrate experience in a brokerage setting.
- Hold an active P&C license.
