Facility Attendant - Customer Service role at Riverhead Building Supply. Entry-level position focusing on assisting customers with building materials, cutting lumber to size, loading purchases into customers' vehicles, and maintaining safe and orderly sales areas.

• Answering questions and advising customers in the selection of building materials and supplies.
• Cutting lumber and related materials to size requested by customers.
• Assisting customers in loading purchased materials into their vehicles.
• Marking prices on merchandise or price stickers according to pricing guides.
• Straightening materials on display to maintain safety and order in sales areas.
• Covering exposed materials when required to prevent weather damage.
• Counting materials and recording totals on inventory sheets.

• Entry-level position.
• Heavier lifting required; knowledge of building materials is helpful.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Must be available weekends.
• Graduates/Students/Retirees are welcome to apply.

The expected salary range is $16.00 - $20.00, as disclosed for RI transparency. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
