BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in southern Rhode Island. You will complete OASIS Starts of Care for adult and geriatric patients, leveraging strong head-to-toe assessment and independent clinical decision-making to deliver high-quality care at home.
Required is a Rhode Island RN license with at least one year of hands-on experience;
Medicare Home Health and OASIS experience is strongly preferred.
