This is a fantastic opportunity for an Audit Semi‑Senior who is looking for a step up to continue their progression, or for an experienced Audit Senior who is seeking a new, rewarding challenge.

Responsibilities
  • Take charge of planning, executing, and completing audits, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations throughout the audit process.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and provide insightful recommendations that add value beyond compliance.
  • Guide and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high‑quality work. You’ll play a crucial role in training and mentoring, helping to build a strong, knowledgeable team.
  • Ensure that all audit work is completed to a high standard, adhering to the firm’s quality control policies and procedures. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential risk areas and ensuring they are adequately addressed.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part‑qualified with proven experience working in a practice environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading audit assignments, preferably within a top 100 firm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience of directly contacting clients.
  • 25 days of holiday + bank holidays + Christmas off.
  • Numerous social events with active social committees that plan regular events.
  • Access to 24/7 online GP service and counselling services.
