An established and highly respected accountancy practice is looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to lead its experienced payroll team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager or a Senior Payroll professional ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be responsible for leading a busy payroll team, ensuring payrolls are delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard, while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Alongside managing the team, you'll remain hands-on, supporting with payroll processing, compliance and providing technical guidance where needed.

• Lead, support and develop an established payroll team.

• Manage and allocate workloads to ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.

• Process a portfolio of client payrolls across multiple pay frequencies.

• Complete RTI submissions, month-end and year-end payroll duties.

• Prepare P45s, P60s and statutory payroll calculations.

• Manage Auto Enrolment pension schemes and compliance.
