About the Role - Property Administrator

Key Responsibilities

* Managing all incoming property enquiries

* Building strong relationships with all customers

* Dealing with various contractors and arranging jobs from start to completion

* Keeping the customers informed of properties

* In time visiting properties in the Exeter area

* Assisting with Marketing and brochures

* Database Management

* Answering calls, managing emails, and general office duties

About You

* Confident communicator with a warm professional manner

* Strong organisational and time-management skills

* Customer focused mindset and a genuine enjoyment of helping people

* Familiarity with the property sector an advantage but not essential

* Excellent written communication skills

* Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks

* An upbeat friendly outlook with a willingness to succeed
