Location:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Exeter. This role is essential in ensuring accurate document management and smooth information flow across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately naming and issuing drawings to subcontractors in line with project document control procedures.
* Uploading drawings to 4
Projects and issuing relevant notifications.
* Maintaining and distributing up-to-date drawing registers.
* Uploading drawings and project information to the MOJ platform for review and approval.
* Providing general day-to-day office support as required.
* Assisting with document control activities across other South West projects when needed.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Previous experience in document control within a construction or project-based environment (preferred).
* Familiarity with electronic document management systems such as 4
Projects (advantageous).
* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
