We are looking for individuals with experience and proven skills in reception work and administration with excellent people skills, to join the team. This role involves providing specialist reception cover, carrying out a range of administrative duties, and responding to queries both face‑to‑face and over the phone. Working closely with our team of Nightingale Volunteers, you will be at the forefront of welcoming and assisting patients, visitors, and staff.

As such, you must be confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with people at all levels. The Nightingale Hospital is beginning a period of exciting expansion and therefore our reception team will be at the forefront to support our patients.

Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 08:00-16:30

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2026‑7 rates, inclusive of a 3.3% pay award implemented from April 2026. If you join before this date, remuneration will be based on the 2025‑6 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2025/26 | NHS Employers)
