First impressions matter. As a Lead Receptionist you play a pivotal role in setting the tone for every interaction. You are the first face and first conversation visitors to Pinhoe View in Exeter will experience. Your warm and friendly personality will shine through as you greet and assist staff, visitors and service users. In this exciting role at Pinhoe View, each day brings different challenges and experiences.

Working alongside the reception team, your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, coordinating the office diary for meetings and events, and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails and post. Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff and visitors is a top priority. You will oversee visitor sign‑ins, conduct security checks, manage the distribution of keys and security badges, and ensure that all reception processes are followed by both the receptionists and any staff covering reception.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome all visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Co‑ordinate the office diary for meetings and events.
  • Efficiently handle telephone calls, emails and post.
