We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our New Car Sales team, playing a vital role in ensuring every vehicle order is processed efficiently and every customer journey runs smoothly from start to finish.

This isn't a sales role - it's an opportunity to become the administrative backbone of a busy dealership operation, working within a close-knit team where your attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately will be highly valued.

📋 Duties will include :

- Providing accurate and efficient administrative support to the sales team
Maintaining compliant and up-to-date vehicle and customer records
Processing vehicle orders and documentation with exceptional attention to detail
Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Updating CRM and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Supporting the business in meeting manufacturer and operational standards
Assisting colleagues during busy periods to ensure seamless vehicle deliveries

What we're looking for:

Previous administration experience, ideally within the motor industry
Strong data entry and record management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence working with CRM systems and multiple databases
Strong organisational and time management skills
A team player who enjoys working in a smaller, collaborative environment
Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
