About The Role

LEEP Institute Administrator and Personal Assistant

This part‑time (0.4 FTE) post is available immediately on a fixed‑term basis to cover a secondment until August 2027.

Salary will be £30,628 per annum pro rata on Grade D, subject to knowledge, skills and experience.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for senior leaders, ensuring priorities are managed effectively
  • Supporting departmental projects and digital initiatives, including new systems and process improvements
  • Coordinating departmental communications including newsletters, website and intranet updates, and social media content
  • Supporting compliance activities such as mandatory training monitoring, risk registers, and business continuity processes
  • Providing administrative support for committees and governance meetings, including agendas, minute‑taking, and action tracking
  • Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders and helping resolve issues efficiently
  • Organising departmental events, workshops, seminars, and visitor arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate records, processing data, and producing reports using university systems and software
  • Supporting financial administration including purchase orders, expenses, and ordering goods and services
