We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our New Car Sales team, playing a vital role in ensuring every vehicle order is processed efficiently and every customer journey runs smoothly from start to finish.

This isn't a sales role - it's an opportunity to become the administrative backbone of a busy dealership operation, working within a close-knit team where your attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately will be highly valued.

• Providing accurate and efficient administrative support to the sales team
• Maintaining compliant and up-to-date vehicle and customer records
• Processing vehicle orders and documentation with exceptional attention to detail
• Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Updating CRM and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Supporting the business in meeting manufacturer and operational standards
• Assisting colleagues during busy periods to ensure seamless vehicle deliveries

• Previous administration experience, ideally within the motor industry
• Strong data entry and record management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence working with CRM systems and multiple databases
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A team player who enjoys working in a smaller, collaborative environment
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
