Synergise Recruitment Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Exeter. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to begin or develop a career within administration and office support.
This role would suit somebody who is organised, eager to learn, and confident communicating with others in a professional environment. Full support and training will be provided.
The RoleAs a Junior Administrator, you will support the wider team with day-to-day office duties and help ensure the smooth running of administrative processes.
Duties may include:
- General administrative support
- Data entry and updating records
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Filing and organising documents
- Supporting office staff and management
- Assisting with paperwork and compliance documents
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well within a team
- Full training provided
- Friendly and supportive team environment
- Weekly pay
