About The Role

As a Project Coordinator - Programme Delivery
, you’ll be at the heart of our programme activity, supporting the smooth and successful delivery of work across the organisation. Working closely with the Head of Programme Management, and Head of Projects and Delivery, you’ll coordinate key activities, organise meetings, keep project documentation accurate and up to date, and help ensure teams have what they need to stay on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of governance forums including agendas, packs, minutes, issue and upkeep of actions and decision logs.
  • Coordinating key programme activities, including agenda creation and distributing pre-reading materials.
  • Managing programme documentation, Teams/SharePoint sites and information repositories.
  • Maintaining programme trackers and portfolio records.
  • Supporting Project Managers and Delivery Leads with administration and governance activities.
  • Driving consistency in reporting, templates and ways of working across the portfolio.
Working Hours and Location

This is a full time role working 37 hours per week
. Hybrid Working is available for this role working 2-3 days in the office dependent on business need. You will be based from one of our three offices (Weston-Super-Mare, Exeter or Tolvaddon).

About The Candidate

To be successful in your application for the role of Project Coordinator – Programme Delivery
, you will have the essential skills and experience for a Level 1 role and the following role specific skills and experience:

Essential skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including minute taking.
  • Experience maintaining logs such as risks, issues and actions.
  • Experience of working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to produce clear reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy.
Desirable skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications
  • Experience supporting projects or working within a project environment.
  • Knowledge of project methodologies and deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating meetings and events.
  • Ability to adapt working style to meet changing business needs.
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across teams.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
