In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—keeping things moving smoothly, boosting team productivity, and ensuring our office remains orderly and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming/outgoing emails, phone calls, and postal mail; greet visitors and stakeholders with a friendly, professional manner.
Maintain and update secure electronic and paper filing systems.
Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and prepare/distribute agendas, minutes, and reports.
Manage office supplies, coordinate stock orders, and assist with data entry and document preparation.
Maintain strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
An honest, highly motivated individual who can multi-task, problem-solve, and handle sensitive data with total discretion.
A full UK Driving Licence is required
