Senior Admin & HR Coordinator
Overview
Admin/HR – a range of roles in administration across HR, marketing, and finance. These positions support the day‑to‑day running of an organisation and are available in all care settings, including care homes, domiciliary care, and day services.
Key Responsibilities- Managing telephone and email enquiries
- Providing support to management
- Dealing with invoices and ordering goods
- Handling a variety of office‑based tasks to support organisational operations
The average salary is from £20,000 to £25,000, depending on the role and experience.

- Good verbal, written and numeracy skills
- Treating people with dignity and respect
- Ability to follow policy and procedures
- IT skills and knowledge of IT programmes, e.g. Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, etc.
Previous experience in administration may be required, but relevant experience is not always essential as full training is provided. Having the right values is key.
